Hey there!
My name is Christina Young, and I’m so happy you are here!
Neurodivergent mom to three incredible autistic kiddos with ADHD, I’ve shared our family’s journey post autism diagnosis on Instagram @twinningwithautism since 2019. As a certified Enneagram Coach through The Enneagram University, my work focuses on showcasing how the wisdom of the Enneagram can support Autistic children, helping parents, caregivers, and school teams understand why autistic children respond the way they do—especially during dysregulation. By focusing on motivation rather than behavior alone, I’ve created practical tools and support strategies that feel safer, more individualized, and far more effective for our neurodivergent kids.
My mission is simple and powerful: to reduce shame, increase understanding, and help adults meet autistic children with the compassion and clarity they deserve. Through teaching and coaching, I believe we can reframe what it looks like to support neurodivergent kids—one motivation, one moment of connection at a time.
If there’s anything I can do to help, drop a line below! XO
